Questions
When does Anevu launch?
Soon. Waitlist members hear first, and some get a beta invite before public launch.
Will it cost anything?
The first version is free. When paid plans arrive, waitlist members get 50% off their first year.
Where will it be available?
On iOS and Android in most countries, in your language. It won't be available in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, China or countries under international sanctions.
This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit anevu.app or join the Anevu waitlist. It is written to meet the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the UAE data protection laws that apply to us.
This policy covers the website and waitlist only. The Anevu app will collect different data, including body photos and health-related information, so it will have its own detailed privacy policy. We will publish it and ask for your explicit consent before the app collects any of that data.
1. Who we are
Anevu is operated by [Company name], a [legal form, e.g. Free Zone LLC] registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence number [licence no.], with its registered office at [registered address] ("Anevu", "we", "us").
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Full company details are on our Legal notice page.
Country, which we take from the country code you choose
Your choices on the two consent boxes
Data created when you sign up and confirm: the date and time of your sign-up and of your email confirmation, and a record of the wording you agreed to. We keep this as proof of your consent and to honour your discount.
Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and protected from abuse. Our anti-spam check on the form may also process your IP address. We do not use this data to identify you or build a profile.
Emails you send us: if you write to us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.
We do not collect health information, body photos, payment details or precise location on this website.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis

Your email and message
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
We do not make decisions about you using automated processing that has legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Marketing and how to stop it
We only contact you if you ticked the consent box. We never make sales calls. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message. If you unsubscribe from launch emails, you will not receive your discount code. You can also write to [email protected].
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data and never share it with others for their own advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under written contracts that require them to keep it secure and use it only on our instructions:
Provider
What they do
Where data is processed
[email and SMS service, e.g. Brevo]
Sends confirmation and launch emails and text messages
[EU]
[database, e.g. Supabase]
Stores the waitlist
[EU]
[hosting, e.g. Vercel / Cloudflare]
Hosts the website and protects it from attacks
[global]
[anti-spam, e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile]
Checks that sign-ups come from real people
[global]
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or to a buyer if Anevu is sold or restructured. In the last case, this policy will continue to apply to your data.
6. International transfers
We are based in the UAE, and some of our providers are in other countries. When personal data from the UK or the EU is transferred to a country that does not have an adequacy decision, including the UAE, we protect it with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, plus extra security measures where needed. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
Unconfirmed sign-ups: deleted after 30 days.
Confirmed waitlist members: kept until 12 months after paid plans launch, so we can honour your discount, or until you unsubscribe, whichever is sooner.
Proof of consent: kept for up to 3 years after you unsubscribe, in case we need to show that you agreed.
Emails you send us: kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
Server logs: usually deleted within 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
get a copy of your data;
correct data that is wrong;
have your data deleted;
restrict how we use it;
object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interests;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
9. Complaints
Please contact us first and we will try to fix the problem. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority in your country; in the UAE, the UAE Data Office or the authority of our free zone.
10. Children
The waitlist and the Anevu app are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to run Anevu and is protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is completely secure, but if a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change matters for your rights or how we use your data, we will email waitlist members before it takes effect. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version.
Please read this before following any workout, nutrition guidance or other content from Anevu, on this website or in the app.
1. Anevu is not a medical service
Anevu is a fitness and wellbeing product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing from Anevu replaces advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, registered dietitian or other qualified professional. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or saw in Anevu.
2. Check with a doctor first
Talk to a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition routine, and especially if you:
are pregnant, may be pregnant, or have given birth in the last 12 months;
have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or have had chest pain;
have diabetes, asthma, epilepsy or another long-term condition;
have an injury, joint, back or bone problem, or have recently had surgery;
take medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar or balance;
have had, or think you may have, an eating disorder;
have not exercised for a long time or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.
The app lets you mark some limits, such as knees, back, pregnancy or no jumping. Anevu adapts your plan using these, but this is a general adjustment, not a medical assessment.
3. Stop and get help
Stop exercising straight away if you feel chest pain or pressure, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or faintness, sharp or unusual pain, a racing or irregular heartbeat, or anything that feels wrong. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (999 in the UK, 112 in the EU).
4. Exercise safely
You choose to exercise and decide how hard to push. Listen to your body and choose an easier version if you need to.
Make sure you have enough space, a stable floor and nothing to trip over.
Only use equipment that is in good condition. A chair should be stable and without wheels.
Warm up before you train, and drink water.
Follow the technique shown. If you are unsure how to do a movement, skip it or ask a qualified trainer.
5. Estimates are only estimates
Anevu uses technology, including artificial intelligence, to give you estimates. They can be wrong, and you should not use them to make medical decisions. This includes:
Body analysis and body fat range, which depend on the quality of your photos, lighting and posture. They are not a clinical measurement.
"Future you" images and timelines, which show a possible result, not a promise. Your results depend on many things, including genetics, health, sleep and consistency.
Calories and nutrients estimated from photos of food, which can differ from what you actually ate.
Step counts and goals, which come from your phone or connected services and may not be exact.
6. Nutrition
Anevu gives general ranges for calories and nutrients. They are not a meal plan and are not designed for medical diets. If you have a medical condition, food allergies or intolerances, or special dietary needs, follow your doctor's or dietitian's advice. Always check ingredients yourself.
Anevu never sets calorie targets below a safe minimum and will warn you if a weight goal looks too low for your height.
7. Body image and eating disorders
Tracking calories, weight or body photos is not right for everyone. If tracking makes you anxious, or you have or have had an eating disorder, please talk to a professional before using these features. In the UK, Beat (beateatingdisorders.org.uk) offers free support. In other countries, your doctor can point you to local help.
8. Community content
Posts, comments and tips in the Anevu community come from other users. They share personal experience, not professional advice. We do not check them for accuracy. Please use your own judgement, and report anything harmful.
9. Age
Anevu is for adults aged 18 and over.
10. Our responsibility
You use Anevu's workouts and guidance at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injury, illness or loss that results from following them, from estimates being inaccurate, or from content posted by other users.
Nothing in this notice limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The waitlist offer is run by [Company name], Dubai, UAE ("Anevu"). People who join the waitlist and meet these terms get a personal code for 50% off their first 12 months of an Anevu paid subscription.
2. Who can take part
You must be 18 or older.
You must live in a country where Anevu is available. Anevu is not available in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, China or countries under international sanctions.
You must join the waitlist on anevu.app before [closing date, or: the day paid plans launch] and confirm your email by clicking the link we send.
3. How you get the discount
The first version of Anevu is free. The discount applies only to paid plans introduced later.
When paid plans launch, we will email you a personal offer code. The code is valid for [60] days from the date we send it.
Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The discount is applied through their offer code systems and is subject to their terms and the plans they support.
After the discounted period, your subscription renews at the standard price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store or Google Play settings. We will remind you before the discounted period ends.
4. Rules
One code per person and per email address.
Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or combined with other offers.
If you unsubscribe from launch emails before paid plans launch, we will not be able to send you a code.
We may cancel codes linked to fake, automated or bulk sign-ups, or other misuse.
5. Changes
We may change or end the offer for reasons outside our control, such as App Store or Google Play rules. If we do, we will tell waitlist members by email and offer a fair alternative where we can. If Anevu never introduces a paid plan, there is nothing to redeem and no compensation is due.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
These terms apply to your use of anevu.app, which is operated by [Company name], Dubai, UAE (see our Legal notice). By using the site, you agree to them. The Anevu app will have its own terms of use.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
sign up with someone else's email or create fake or automated sign-ups;
try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
copy or scrape the site's content or data using automated tools;
use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
3. Health information
Content on this site is general information about wellbeing and is not medical advice. Please read our Health and safety notice.
4. Our content
The Anevu name, logo, designs, text, images and app screens shown on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Please do not copy, change or reuse them without our written permission.
5. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Planned launch dates, features, prices and screens shown are previews and may change before release.
6. Links
Links to other websites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including indirect loss, loss of data or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site applies.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales]. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the mandatory protections of its law.
